MEN'S CANOE EXPEDITION
A Transformation Wilderness Canoe Trek

May 14-20, 2021
Picture
This Men’s expedition is a wilderness adventure and personal growth experience. My vision is to create a safe and supportive environment for men to dive into a deeper awareness within themselves, each other and community.

On this heart-centered journey, you’ll increase your awareness and support other men in their self-discovery, exploring the wild places with opportunities for fishing, photography, meditation, yoga, group and individual activities. During this transitional season of spring, the lakes of northern Minnesota will offer a reflection to realize our own purpose and vision.

I have led personal growth wilderness adventures for over 25 years and look forward to growing and learning with you in this natural environment. This expedition is for men who are ready to step into a full expression of who they are. Join me as we create connection and brotherhood, and explore infinite possibilities for living our most heart-centered life.

The Expedition Includes:
  • 7 days, 6 nights
  • Group transportation

“There is magic in the feel of a paddle and the movement of a canoe, a magic compounded of distance, adventure, solitude, and peace. The way of a canoe is the way of the wilderness and of a freedom almost forgotten. It is an antidote to insecurity, the open door to waterways of ages past and a way of life with profound and abiding satisfactions. When a man is part of his canoe, he is part of all that canoes have ever known.”      ~ Sigurd F. Olson
