ONE-ON-ONE
The One-on-One trek is an intimate guided journey to help individuals reclaim their personal power. This individualized and customized experience is free from the distraction of peers, and offers a unique window to reflect, assess, clarify, and plan for health, success, and support needs.
Some individuals enroll who have completed a transitional program (residential or treatment) or need a bridge to admission into a residential setting or young adult program. Some enroll as part of their gap year experience or who are preparing for transition in life.
A One-on-One trek may be an excellent option for individual’s who might otherwise present challenges that may preclude enrollment in a traditional wilderness program (e.g. unable to carry the weight required in a group experience).
